Refereemindset.pl and referee.pl together for basketball referees
Our camp is taking place from 12 years already and the website exists same long. We are for you trying to help to develop your officiating. In the meantime we have got in touch with another website, which exists for the very same purpose, just serving different services. I would like to introduce the supporters of referee.pl to the very interesting initiative – which is done by FIBA referee – Peter Papp from Hungary – Referee Mindset (refereemindset.com). We think the cooperation will leverage our both possibilities to reach you and keep the right pace of information since we complete each other. Everything to help increase level of officiating.
Refereemindset.com was launched in 2013. In that time Peter had already been practicing a couple of self development techniques. Eventually he got so much involved that he decided to share this knowledge via webpage articles on his blog, special online course and eBook. Peter is licensed NLP Master Practitioner (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), he has experimented the process he is recommending on himself, and with friends and clients over many years. It provides huge breakthroughs for referees in their private and professional life. As Peter says: “This is a great tool for referees. It helps people to change and choose the behavior they want. It gives really precise tools, to be better communicator, to have more self confidence. The blog is for officials who strive for better performance, valuable feedback, and learning.” Some titles of articles from the front page are: The Greatest Benefits of Being a Referee, One Tip That Can Save Your Game, What Makes an Excellent Call. Not so many people and websites touch this topic. That is why on the webpage you can find an online course to master your skills with professional who will guide you through. With a great help of Peter Praksch – a young Hungarian referee – there is also a Facebook profile and Twitter, where you can track the news in this topic.
Teaser though from Peter Papp: I think referee education raises a lot of expectations (be confident, focus, motivate yourself, be fit, etc.), and contain very little on the HOW.
As I feel, refs don’t ask themselves the how-question. They ask why instead which makes them confused, stressful and pushes them further from their goals.
This site [Referee Mindset] is on the how. It shows the path that you can walk to make your dreams come true.
Refereemindset.com is followed by many people from all over the world, join them now. Go and learn more about how to reach your full potential!
As we just start cooperation this year campers will have the chance to try the online courses. We believe this will be big advantage to all of us!
