Session 2, day 4

Again we woke up at 6:30am, started with mechanic and IOT practice. Then we had a speed workout, breakfast, and cut clips from previous day’s games. We also analysed these clips together and had a gym workout.

Day as everyday. Boring, right? Not at all. We’ve done a lot of hard work. Jamie learned a couple of new words in Polish and we’ve absorbed new useful information which will help us to improve our officiating. We also welcomed a new person on the Camp, Paulina Gajdosz who arrived here today straight from Mexico where she officiated the U17 Women’s World Championship, including the final game! We had a chance to listen to some interesting lectures prepared by her, which finished with some very good discussions. I know you may feel jealous of how amazing time we are having here, but we had some bad news today as well. We needed to cancel our plans to relax in the sauna 🙁 That’s fine, we will be able to relax at home soon (let’s just hope that none of our flights will be cancelled again).
The cherry on the top of today’s day was having a webinar with George Toliver from NBA who sold us an American dream telling us more about their training and development plan which allows to open officiating perspectives by learning from the best referees in the world and maybe one day will let us join the family.

It’s time to sleep so let’s have sweet dreams about that now and start working hard towards achieving our goals from tomorrow morning! 😀
