Meet Lisha Guo, an emerging officiating talent from the sun-drenched region of Évora, Alentejo, Portugal.

Currently officiating in Portugal’s First Division Senior League, Lisha is laser-focused on maintaining her status within the national referee squad of the Portuguese Basketball Federation. Her long-term vision? FIBA-level excellence.

Lisha brings with her a strong international development track record, having participated in the ANJB referee camps (2023 & 2024) under the mentorship of Euroleague instructors including Fernando Rocha, Sérgio Silva, Miguel Pérez, and Leandro Lezcano. She also sharpened her skillset this year at Scania Camp, where exposure to FIBA and Euroleague experts further fueled her ambition.

Her philosophy is clear: high performance is driven by high-level learning environments. That’s why she’s joining Survival Camp 2025 — ready to embrace challenge, gain insight, and evolve further on the pathway to the elite.
