We are pleased to welcome Mazin Khalfan Khamis Al Hilali from the Sultanate of Oman to this year’s edition of the Survival Camp.

Since beginning his officiating journey in 2019, Mazin has shown steady development through active participation in numerous training programmes, both within Oman and internationally. His most recent development experience took place at a training camp in Doha, Qatar in 2023.

Professionally, he has been entrusted with officiating key matches in the Omani General League, and his growing reputation has earned him invitations to international competitions—most notably the Fatima Cup Championship in the United Arab Emirates.

Mazin’s ambitions reflect the spirit of our camp: “To reach the highest level of quality in refereeing and officiate in the world’s top-tier competitions.” His commitment to continuous improvement and gaining diverse experience underscores his clear focus and dedication to the craft.

He also extends his gratitude to the Referees Committee in Oman for their trust and support, which have allowed him to expand his international horizons and connect with peers from around the globe.
